Our management team is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the business and engaging
and managing our customers.
Under the leadership of John Wilkin, the team is continuously reviewing processes and drawing on
experience gained in previous roles and other sectors to ensure MIS is providing the most appropriate
service for our clients.

Founder and managing director, John has 18 years experience working in the IT industry.
During this time he has worked with many different organisations bringing technology
solutions to bear on a variety of business issues and applications.
John is the vision behind MIS and his relentless quest to discover new and innovative
ways of applying technology to solve business issues keeps MIS at the front of its field,
and his technical team on their toes!

Abi joined MIS from Cable & Wireless, where she was a board PA, in February 2000. Abi is
responsible for all aspects of account management.
Her strong interpersonal skills, combined with her understanding of our clients' business priorities
enable Abi to ensure MIS' services are delivered on time and in line with clients' needs and expectations.
Prior to her position at Cable & Wireless, Abi gained valuable experience across marketing and IT
functions at companies such as Plessey and Fluor Daniel.

Lanie brings over 20 years financial and management experience to MIS, gained across
numerous industries including paint manufacturing, property development and IT.
Experience gained in previous senior management roles (operations
manager at Action Plc, company secretary for Fraser Associates Plc, company secretary
for Racelogic Limited) positions Lanie firmly at the heart of the financial and
operational management of the company.
